During her 22 years in business, Rieley has managed marketing programs for national accounts, enterprise-wide communications initiatives for APAC/EMEA/Americas, large creative teams, acquisition operations and communications, software implementations, and an event with 30 satellite locations and 10 corporate sponsored locations with over 5,000 attendees. She holds a B.S. in Journalism and Business Communications from the University of Kansas.

She holds a Ph.D. in Adult and Occupational Education from Kansas State University, a Masters in Linguistics and Specialized Reading from Emporia State University, and Bachelors in Education from Kansas State University. Barb is currently writing a book focusing on the nuances of corporate culture.

has worked with ABC, CBS, Warner Brothers, RE/MAX International, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Starz Encore, Simon & Schuster, and many other reputable clients. B.B. holds a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of Denver.
